#Cacio e Pepe and Salmon
Recipe
1/2 pound of spaghetti
Slat
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/3 cup pasta water
1 1/2 cup Pecorino Romano
-Add water to a large pot and bring to a boil. Generously salt your water. Add spaghetti and boil until Al dente. In a large pan over medium heat, crack black pepper. Toast for about 1 minute. Then add olive oil and stir for about 15 seconds. Pour in pasta water and mix. Add spaghetti and turn flame down to a simmer. Mix spaghetti until well incorporated. Turn off heat and add cheese and a splash of pasta water. Mix quickly to incorporate the cheese without breaking.
Salmon
Slat and pepper
Olive oil
-Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper. Add olive oil to a pan over medium high heat. Sear salmon on each side for about 2-3 minutes or until desired doneness.
